縮寫單詞要不要翻譯成中文，主要看兩個問題：
1是這個縮寫通不通用，如果是很通用的縮寫，可以保留；
2是譯文正不正式，如果是非常正式的官方文字，是應該翻譯過來的。
比如，bbc，大多都知道是英國廣播公司的縮寫，所以，一般性的文字，可以不用翻譯，直接寫bbc；但是如果是官方正式文字，就一定要翻譯過來，即使是人人皆知的縮寫，也要翻譯。
