1. 表示過去確定時間內發生的動作或狀態常與過去時間狀語如yesterday（昨天），two days ago（兩天前），last year（去年），the other day（前幾天），once upon a time（過去曾經），just now（剛才），in the old days（過去的日子裡）等連用：
my parents got married in1960.我父母於2023年結婚。
2. 表示過去連續發生的動作
在這種情況下，往往沒有表示過去的時間狀語，而通過上下文來表示：
